What is an E-Cigarette?
Electronic cigarettes, otherwise known as e-cigarettes, personal vaporizers, or vape) are an alternative to analog tobacco cigarettes. Each device is powered by a rechargeable battery which powers an atomizer that is capable of vaporizing liquid which contains propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, food flavoring, and nicotine (also known as e-liquid) into a water-based vapor.
What is E-Liquid?
E-liquid is a solution of propylene glycol (PG) and/or vegetable glycerin (VG), optional nicotine amounts, and food-grade flavorings. The solution vaporizes when heated and translates flavor, as well as throat and nicotine hit when inhaled, to simulate smoking.
What is the difference between nicotine and tobacco?
Let's make one thing clear: nicotine and tobacco are not the same thing. Tobacco in traditional cigarettes consist of dried leaves that contain nicotine naturally. Nicotine found in e-liquid is extracted from many different sources then added into a PG/VG base along with flavorings. Certain companies do offer tobacco-free nicotine. We encourage you to try them out!
Are E-Liquids regulated by the FDA?
As of May 2016, the Food and Drug Administration classified vapor products as tobacco products under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Implementation of FDA regulations are currently underway.
How much Nicotine is in each of the flavors?
E-Juice Steals offers e-juice flavors with different levels of nicotine, ranging from 0mg, 3mg, 6mg, and 12mg. The levels are stated on each bottle. When ordering online, you may choose your preferred level of nicotine at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Most orders usually ship within 1-3 business days unless there is a backorder with your product. If you have not received a confirmation with tracking number(s) for your order within 48 hours, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where is my tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com.
What if I made a mistake on my order?
Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. Luckily if you believe you have made a mistake on your order, contact us immediately. Please note - we may not be able to help you if the order has already shipped.
What if I received something wrong on my order?
If you have received an order that is damaged or contained the wrong product, please take a picture immediately and email our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to resolve your issues in a timely manner.
My order status says, "Unfulfilled". What does this mean?
Unfulfilled means that the order has been placed, payment has been confirmed, and we're waiting for the products to fulfill the order.
Fulfilled means that the order has been received and has started its 1-3 business day shipping process of fulfillment.
What carrier do you use for shipping?
USPS Priority: Usually delivers within 2-3 business days with tracking information

Once an order has shipped we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above. We will also be more than happy to open an investigation for you, but we cannot reship or refund an order that has been shipped.
